About Our Pizza

A good crust is the foundation of a good pizza! That's why we take the time to make the best pizza crust at Bob Cantu's Pizza and Sportsbar in San Luis Obispo. You can put the most delicious meats, the freshest toppings, and your favorite sauce, but if the crust is not decent, you don't have a good pizza. For one, the crust has to be the right texture and has to be able to support all the toppings and not get soggy.

Once you get the crust perfect, you move on to the sauce and cheese. This means you need to learn how to make a good sauce and you need to know where to get the perfect cheese. You cannot cut corners on cheese. That's why we spend a little extra in order to get quality cheese.

Last but certainly not least, we use fresh ingredients for all of our toppings.
